[영문] Prevention of Diabetes - June 2012

In May and June, we worked in collaboration with the "Cambodian Diabetes Association", an association that does the screening, treatment, and prevention of diabetes in Siem Reap province.

In May they came a few times to teach the children about food balance, using various supports like games, pictures...

During the parents' meeting in June, the professionals working in this association explained what diabetes is, the consequences on one's health, as well as the means of prevention.

Each parent could have screening for diabetes, hypertension, and could see a doctor.
